Feeling overwhelmed? We understand, and we’ve got you covered! Our Level Up Coordinators begin their services with you 3-4 months before the big day. They will meet with you in person or via zoom, assist with timelines, and act as the liaisons between vendors and the venue. They also assist in decor set-up and tear-down. These amazing coordinators can also provide guidance during your rehearsal, and of course, they are on-site throughout your entire day as your “right-hand” to manage and troubleshoot any issues that arise. When you book a wedding at The Manor on Saw Mill, we provide you with the essential wedding planning resources that we all need for a smooth, stress-free day. You’ll get our exclusive (secret) Booked Couples Resource Guide first, and then our online planning tool. Our team is with you through these important planning steps, and we are on-site throughout your day.
